Modifications for All Clients
In order to enter the salon, you must have a scheduled appointment. We appreciate any new clients and are happy to add them to our waiting list as we phase through reopening.
Our utmost priority is the safety of our staff and guests. As a part of our safety protocol, we will ask you to confirm in good faith to not be putting our business at risk of Covid-19. This means you are not showing symptoms, you have not been around anyone showing symptoms, and you are not awaiting test results
For the time being, services like facial waxing, brow and lash tints, lash lifts, complimentary neck and bang trims, and in-between detail services will not be available.
We will be staffing the salon at limited capacities in order to maintain proper social distancing. We trust that you will partner with us in being mindful of the required six feet of distance.
All clients and employees must wear a mask. To most effectively service your hair, please be sure to wear a face mask that loops behind the ears rather than ties behind the head. If your mask does not have ear loops, or you do not want it subjected to hair or color, you are welcome to a complimentary disposable mask.
We welcome clients who are receiving services but will not be able to allow additional guests such as children, friends, or partners inside the salon. If your child is unable to receive their service without an accompanying adult, we ask that you schedule them at a later date when protocols ease.
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment on time—but remain in your personal vehicle as our waiting lounge will be closed. Keep your phone handy; we will call you when it's time to come inside.
We will also perform a touch-free temperature check and ask you to sanitize your hands before beginning the service.
You’ll be greeted by your artist in a way that avoids contact. While a hug or a hand shake are much more fun, we will be consciously limiting unnecessary touching.
Food and beverages in our space adds risk. Therefore, our complimentary beverage station is closed. We ask that you do not bring any outside refreshments in with you. Please know that the lounge area and changing rooms are also unavailable. Likewise, magazines and complementary hot towels are temporarily suspended.
Please limit the items you bring with you to the essentials—a phone, your keys, and your credit card. Gowns are available to wear over your clothing only.
At this time, we need to ask that you do not touch our product displays. Your stylist or a service coordinator are more than happy to assist you in picking out what you need.Curbside pick up will continue to be offered for product-only purchases.
In order to limit transactional touching, we are only accepting credit card payments at this time. This applies to all retail and service purchases as well as tips—no cash or checks. Please let us guide you through your payment by following our prompts to keep our terminal clean. Receipts will be sent electronically, and signatures will no longer be required.
Each client will receive a clean cape, towel, and tools. Our stylists are not required to wear gloves, but will be washing and sanitizing their hands before and after every client. They will also have a daily health screening and temperature check upon arrival.
throughout the salon are cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized multiple times throughout the day and between clients. All staff have had additional education in Covid-19 preparedness to maintain the highest safety and sanitization standards.
